Information collected

The business enquiry form requests: name, company, business email, professional profile, market, technology or subject of interest, and enquiry text. A checkbox records the user’s acknowledgement of processing for a reply.

The current website form uses a short-lived, pseudonymised rate-limit token derived from the visitor IP address to reduce automated submissions. Server, security and email provider logs may also contain technical connection data. Exact logging configurations require review.

Why information is processed

To receive and answer business enquiries, evaluate potential manufacturer or local-partner collaboration, and protect the form against misuse. The contact form is not intended to enrol visitors in unsolicited marketing.

The applicable legal bases for processing in the European Union and Hong Kong remain under verification.

Email, recipients and location

Enquiries submitted through the commercial contact form are routed through the website's configured email channel. For commercial enquiries, contact contact@keylory.com. For legal notices and personal-data rights requests, contact webkg@keylory.com. The custom form does not intentionally create a separate WordPress database of messages. Copies may exist in business mailboxes, backups and infrastructure logs.

Access may involve authorised Keylory personnel, website hosting and email service providers. The current site is hosted by o2switch; the email provider, any overseas access or transfers and related safeguards still require confirmation.

Retention and security

We intend to keep enquiry records only as long as required to handle the enquiry and manage any resulting business relationship, subject to applicable legal obligations.

Retention periods for business emails, server logs and backups have not yet been confirmed for this notice. Access controls and contractual arrangements with service providers remain under review.

Access, correction and requests

To request access, correction or deletion of your information, or to raise a privacy question, email webkg@keylory.com. We will review requests under the applicable data-protection rules. Depending on the circumstances, these may include Hong Kong’s Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

The applicability of EU representative requirements and any cross-border safeguards is still under assessment.

Cookies and similar technologies
